Mr. Spence has been involved exclusively in business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, litigation support including ADR, and related matters since 1985. Mr. Spence has acted on behalf of companies involved in virtually every industry throughout Canada as well as acting as an arbitrator on issues involving business valuations and financial matters. He has qualified as an expert witness and given testimony in the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Expropriation Compensation Board of British Columbia and at various arbitration hearings. He has also served as a part-time member of the Expropriation Compensation Board of British Columbia. Mr. Spence has lectured at various professional development seminars for the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, the University of Toronto (MBA Program), McGill University (Chartered Accountants Uniform Final Examination Preparatory Program), the Appraisal Institute of Canada, various Canadian Chartered Banks, the Canadian Association of Financial Advisors and the Certified General Accountants Association. Mr. Spence was the Editor of the Business Valuator and a facilitator of the Valuation Law Review, quarterly and semi-annual publications published by the CICBV. He contributed to the books Mergers and Acquisitions of Privately-Held Businesses, The Valuation and Pricing of Privately-Held Business Interests and Canada Valuation Service as well as authoring articles in the Business Sales and Acquisitions Digest, The Bottom Line, and Okanagan Business Magazine. - Chartered Business Valuator

Ms. Bakay has been working in the area of business valuation, mergers and acquisitions and litigation support services since 1998. Ms. Bakay has experience with businesses operating in a variety of industries including a broad range of manufacturing industries, service, retail/wholesale trading and distribution, travel and tourism, e-commerce, technology business, food and beverage including wineries, transportation and aboriginal affairs. Ms. Bakay has contributed articles relating to litigation support, business valuation and insurance matters for various publications. Ms. Harrop-Printz has broad financial and legal experience having spent her initial years with a large national law firm and more recently with a specialty insurance law firm. Ms. Harrop-Printz also has extensive financial experience with controllership functions at a large real estate company and internationally at a multi-location retailer. She also has significant experience as a litigation support consultant for a large national accounting firm. Her controllership functions included responsibilities for financial reporting, treasury, and taxation and her litigation support experience includes preparation of financial analysis models, financial statement projections, income determinations, and business valuation report writing.
